1. Who we are

Trivillion runs trivillion.com and the Trivillion apps. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: hello@trivillion.com.

2. What we collect

  • Playing as a guest: your progress, language and settings are saved only in your browser or app on your device.
  • If you create an account: your email address, your name and avatar, and if you use Google or Apple sign-in, the basic profile details they share with us.
  • Game data: games played, scores, daily progress and streaks.
  • Technical data: device and browser type, app version and error reports, used to keep the Service working.
  • Usage statistics: pages and games opened, collected in a privacy-friendly way without advertising tracking.

In one phone party mode, player names and answers stay on that device and are not sent to us. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Why we use it

  • To run the games and save your progress across devices.
  • To keep accounts secure and prevent cheating and abuse.
  • To fix bugs and improve the games.
  • To answer you when you contact us.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted providers who process data for us: [Supabase] for accounts and the database, [Cloudflare] for hosting and delivering the site, Google and Apple for sign-in if you choose them, and [error monitoring and analytics providers]. They may store data in other countries under appropriate safeguards. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and save your game progress. These are needed for the Service to work. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add optional analytics or ad cookies later, we will ask for your consent first and you can change your choice at any time.

6. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and progress within [30] days, except where we must keep limited records by law. Guest data stays on your device until you clear it.

7. Your choices and rights

You can view and edit your name in Account settings, delete your account there at any time, and switch language whenever you like. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or object to how we use your data. Email us and we will reply within [30] days.

8. Children

Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. Guests of any age can play without giving personal data. If you think a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to what each part of the Service needs. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login private.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we will tell you in the Service before the change applies. See also our Terms of use.
