Terms of use

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

Trivillion (“Trivillion”, “we”, “us”) runs the Trivillion website at trivillion.com and the Trivillion apps (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Who can use Trivillion

You can play as a guest without an account. To create an account you must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for digital consent where you live. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.

3. Your account

You can sign up with email, Google or Apple. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deleting it removes your profile, progress and streaks permanently.

4. The Service is free

Trivillion is free to use. We may add optional paid features or advertising in the future. If we do, we will update these terms and tell you before anything costs money.

5. Fair play and behaviour

Please play fairly and be kind. You must not:

  • cheat, use bots or scripts, or exploit bugs to change scores or streaks;
  • post or type anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual or that shares someone else’s private information, including in names and party game answers;
  • try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • impersonate another person or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Content you create

Things you type, such as player names, fake answers in White Lie or your avatar, stay yours. You give us permission to store and show them inside the Service so the games work. In one phone mode this content stays on that device.

7. Our content and third-party material

The Trivillion name, logo, design, games and questions belong to Trivillion. Some images, such as flags, landmarks, logos and photos of public figures, belong to their owners and are used for trivia and educational purposes. Brand names and logos are trademarks of their owners and do not mean they endorse Trivillion. Credits are listed on our credits page. If you own material and want it changed or removed, email us at hello@trivillion.com.

8. Accuracy

We work hard to keep questions and facts correct, but trivia data can be out of date or wrong. Trivillion is for fun and learning and should not be relied on as a source of official information. Found a mistake? Tell us.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains what we collect and why, and our cookie notice explains the cookies we use.

10. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove games and features, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; if the changes are significant we will let you know in the Service. Continuing to use Trivillion after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Trivillion is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, lost progress or data, or problems caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Trivillion and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [country]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [city, country], unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
